Rules
- Win: No alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, etc.) for the full calendar day.
- Does not count: Non-alcoholic beer/wine (0.0%), mocktails without alcohol.
- Minimum viable day: If socializing, bring or order a clear non-alcoholic alternative (sparkling water + lime, NA beer, etc.).
- Start date: Any day — no need to wait for January 1.
- Duration: 30 days (extend or stop early if it makes sense).
Important: If you drink heavily or daily, consult a doctor before stopping suddenly — abrupt changes can be unsafe for some people.
